Here is the error I see in the SP log when creating a Library based on Template (template was created based on a library name SalesMasterLibrary and the library name is in the stp, well in the manifest.xml file).
The list "My1stTestLib" in web "http://portal.xyz.com/Sales" was created at URL "My1stTestLib" instead of at URL "SalesMasterLibrary". This most likely happened because the URL "SalesMasterLibrary" is already taken.
I am using workflow to create library and gave My1stTestLib for name.
Sometimes workflow creates the new library based on the list template and sometimes it times out and give me timeout expire.
What are the fixes for this? New new library that Workflow will create must be based on SalesMasterLibrary. Please suggest.
