Business Data Connectivity Service: There are currently no external content types

Question

I have created an external content type in VS2010 and successfully deployed it on my site Collection. Now, in my SP site, i created external list and configure it with my external content type (the one that i deployed successfully). But I got message "Access denied by Business Data Connectivity". After surfing on web, I found that i need to set permissions on my ECT. So i go to SP Central administration site and click on Business Data Connectivity Service under Manage service applications. But here, i don't find my External content type. i see this message: "There are currently no external content types". So, How I get my external content type here? so that i can set permissions on it ? Any kind of suggestion or help needed?
