We did a sandbox deployment for a solution. The "Add Document" link is missing at the bottom of the page. If we edit and save the page it references the new master file and everything works fine. Also, if we add a new web part, everything renders properly. We have thousands of subsites with custom webparts in the document libraries, so is there a way to "refresh" all of the sites so the link will show up?
