I had a perfectly working list workflow. It would update a list item and send an email (user picked up from another field). All of a sudden, it stopped working and throwing this error "Workflow failed to start" I tried creating new workflow for the list as well as stopped & started Workflow features in the site collection as suggested in other places. No luck.
Any help would be appreciated...
