SharePoint Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for SharePoint enthusiasts. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I have configured AAM on a Sharepoint site published through an Apache Server. Everything seems to works fine and users can navigate every section of the site, create site collection, view and so on. My problem (and I spent a lot of days googling and investigating it) is during the upload.

When i connect to the sharepoint site via chrome, create an item and upload a file I see in the status bar a progress indicator from 0% to 100%, then it restart from 0% to 100% and then, finally, during the third progress improvement it finish the upload..

I have configured my AAM with "http://shlab-2k3" Default "http://shlab-2k3" "http://shlab-2k3.eu.dir.XX.XX" Internet "https://shdev.xxx.it" "https://shdev.xxxx.it" Internet "https://shdev.xxxx.it"

"http://shlab-2k3.eu.dir.XX.XX" is an alternative name for the sharepoint server. Each connection coming to Apache are redirected to this address and then to the sharepoint.

There are no problem of timeout connection because I checked it and also i increased the default value from 90 to 300.

Any ideas? thank you for support Emanuele

First thing's first, see if you can replicate this behavior in another browser other than Chrome. – rjcup3 Sep 25 '12 at 13:50
