I have tried to create a project task list programmatically but failed. I checked google but did not find any answer/sample. Is it possible to programmatically create a Project Task list?

Thanks.

I think he's after creating a list - not individual records – Ryan Sep 20 '12 at 13:05

creating a list shouldn't be difficult then, all he needs to do is key in right list template id :) – Mathematics Sep 20 '12 at 13:06

yes - but thats what hes actually asking (I think - hard to tell) – Ryan Sep 20 '12 at 13:08

Thank you all, I have solved the issue by doing something like this: Guid id = web.Lists.Add("name", "description", SPListTemplateType.GanttTasks); – Medes Sep 21 '12 at 11:26
