How I can add a few pictures to one iteam list or library?

I tried do it at picture library but I had problem because I couldn't add more the one picture with the same name? I'd like to do database with picture which one item have a few pictures and I'd like that export items from excel to SharePoint list by means of Import Spreadsheet and then add to this list iteams pictures... Can I do that? I will by very thanks for any help – Andrzej Sep 14 '12 at 7:44
