i have a farm level stapler feature that activates themeing feature(web-scoped) on every new instance of web. I wanna be able to deactivate all the themeing feature on all the new sites created if I deactivate the farm feature. Is it doable using an event receiver on the farm stapler feature?
How to access the sites and web on feature deactivate event of this farm level feature(which is farm-scoped)??
