I have a report from a user that claims was generated by clicking the "Export to spreadsheet" button within a document library. This report contains not only All the files and folders from a level 3 folder down but also a field labeled "path" with the relative path from the home site. My assumption is that he got this report on the entire library than filtered it somehow but thats not important. I am trying to figure how he got the report to display the "Path" column and the Folders.
The path column data example: site/doc lib/folder/folder2/folder3/folder4/filename
(This can also be seen in the Recycle Bin)
If you know how to show this field and/or the folders in a report generated with OOTB features please let me know.
Update: I exported the obc file and analyzed it. Didn't find anything special. When I opened the connection file with excel 2007 I get all the files, folders, subfiles, and subfolders. However, when I open the exact same file in excel 2003 I only get the files and folders of the current library.
