In my enterprise search centre I have created a simple page to use as a staff directory. I have a 'People Search Core Results' webpart and a 'People Refinement Panel' webpart. Both are using Cross-Web Part query id 'query 2'. My Core Results panel lists all of the staff as expected, paging works as expected but the refinement panel always shows 'No Refinements Available'.
However in my normal search page when I search for staff the refinement panel shows all the refinements that I'd expect and they work.
Is there anything else I need to do to get a basic refinement panel working for the staff directory?
