I've got the following architecture:

/Sitecollection1/Site1/Subsite1
/Sitecollection2/Site1/Subsite1

Now i want to make a dynamic link in my template where i'm linking from subsite1 (sitecol1) to the same site on the same level at sitecollection2. SO only the sitecollection name is different.

And i only want to see it, if i have permissions. Is there an easy solution for it? How can i do it?
