DashBoard is not appearing in sharepoint 2010 for PPS

Question

I configured a Performance Point Services in my application. Now I created a list based on the PerformancePointcontent list. List created fine. But when i click the add new item link in that list, it is showing loading dashboard designer as below. After 3 seconds nothing is appearing. Only list screen appearing. How to view this dash boad. I activated feature PerformancePointServices at site collection level and site level also. I tired this example using this tutorial.
