I have an IRM-protected sharepoint document library. I attached a group who can only view this library. But what confused me is that two users in this group behaves different. Such as user A can open a document in this library, but user B can't open the same document.
I tried uploading a new normal document to the library, still the same. I checked the permission of the two users, the permission is the same.
How to fix this?
