I have Office 2010, a 64 bit Windows 7 installation. I have tried to disable DEP for Internet Explorer and Excel. I have no reason to believe there are any malicious add-ons on my computer. I can filter to any other row of data but this one on my site, and the same thing has happened on other tracts as well.
