When I use the Keyword query search in SharePoint2013 search ,it does not return all the documents within the same document set with EmployeeNumber:13994. How can I customize the results page so that it returns all documents ?

It only returns a document at a time ,the default in my case is word document as below ,it has the refiner options on the left as you can see it should have excel and powerpoint file too.But it does not display by default.It only display when you click the refiner option.
