An old issue has popped up again regarding old navigation items in the quicklaunch which appears out of nowhere.
The navigation items no longer exist in the Navigation manager, but sometimes they still appear in the quicklaunch. The only thing which effectively removes them is an IIS reset, untill they appear again a few weeks, if not days, later.
The USL logs nor the Windows Logs contain any information regarding these items appearing. Google search results doesn't give me much either.
Does anyone know what might cause deleted/hidden items to be shown in the quicklaunch, but isn't visible in the Navigation manager on the site?
