Is there an easy way to search for/navigate to a Tag's profile page, without having yourself tagged something with that term, or knowing someone else that has?

If you tag something with the term, you can go to tags & notes tab and click the tag term to go to its profile page. Or if you know of content that has been tagged with that term, you can go there and click on the tags/notes button and from there click the term to go to the tag profile page. Or if someone has tagged content with that term and it shows in your newsfeed you can get there.

But, what if someone added the term to Interests or Ask Me About, so it is in the keywords term store and presumably a tag profile page exists for it, but nothing has yet been tagged with that term?

As an admin, I can go to term store, use browser's developer inspection tool on the link to get the terms id and append that to "http://host/tagprofile.aspx?TermID=" and get to the page. But this is annoying and end users aren't going to be able to do this. Is there easy way to search for tag profile page? I saw a post that mentioned this page - "http://host/_layouts/listkeywords.aspx". I went there and tried to search for a keyword and got no results. Or a way to add keywords as a scope for the search or something so user can just search for term and get tag profile page in results?

Any other ideas?
