Is there a way through powershell to identify any workflows that are enabled in my site collection and then disable them? I want to still keep the Workflow timer job running so i can test a workflow after i turn the rest off but was wondering if there was any way to do a mass turn off with out leveraging the timer job.

I haven't found a way as of yet to disable them but i did find some information on how to list them at least from a blog. sharepointrelated.com/2011/11/21/… in it he shows how to do so and it will report to you all of the workflows and associated versions. I needed it to do less reporting because i didn't need to see all of the versions...so i modified it to do so by removing the $associations reporting. – Jacob A Aug 21 '12 at 17:49
