I would like to do the following.
- Create 1 (and only 1) Visio drawing of a process map.
- Link data from a SharePoint list to the shapes and display in a data graphic.
- Re-use this same Visio drawing for multiple clients (each client has the same process).
- Based on a dropdown the user selects, the data in the data graphic would "filter" to only show the data for the specific client.
I can handle the data by client piece myself. Just can't figure out how to make Visio filter the dataset for me. I am NOT looking to highlight the boxes that are in the filtered results (which seems to be an option) but rather filter the underlying data.
Any thoughts?
