SharePoint Stack Exchange is a question and answer site for SharePoint enthusiasts. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I know there are limits re: file extensions, file size, valid file name characters etc. when importing a while company shared Windows Server network drive into Sharepoint.

I once came across a migration readiness tool which you could point at your shared network drive and would show you which directories and files you would have issues with.

Unfortunately, I can't find it anymore.

Anyone seen anything similar?

Thanks,

JT
