I have two workflows for my site. When user clicks "Start Workflow", page will display the two workflows that are available. But I want to show only one workflow according to the user input? How to do that ?Do I need to edit in Workflow.aspx page? Anyone please help me

Canyou explain a bit further on your scenario? What version of SharePoint are you using? Why can't you combine the workflows and have the workflow decide what to do based on user input? – Mike Aug 9 '12 at 16:29
