I have a Resume Library, there is a person field "interviewer" in the library. I want dynamically grant access to the interviewer, so the interviewer can only view the resume assigned to him.
I can achieve that by impersontation step and replace permission in sharepoint designer.
But I also want to get the feedback from the interviewer. So I use "Collect data from user" in workflow designer.
However, interviewers can't open the task in the outlook. Even when I grant the access of associated Task List to them
The error is A form template (.xsn) file cannot be accessed. You may not have the required permissions to open the file.
