We are a small team of software industry. I am the one who is taking part in coding, management, administration task etc. And it is so long, i could not hire more team members. It might be the reason, i am not free at all from my day to day office needs. Now i am thinking to distribute all office management, employee management tasks. So i am thinking about HR manager So he/she can monitor all office activities in my absence. HR will cost me high as far as we are not big company. I just want to ask, is it worth to have HR for 10 employee only.
Well i have plans to hire more people soon.
