I'm new to Sharepoint (using MOSS 2007) and I'm wondering what are the possible issues in deploying multiple web applications on Sharepoint 2007. If it's any help, the web applications will not be using any dlls from GAC and custom web controls are going to have their own folders on the 12 hive folder.
