I am building an app that uses Sharepoint's web services. I was curious about what kind of monitoring and analytics are in place for web service calls. For example, users viewing list items for a list, file downloads from a document library, etc. Are there any metrics that can be collected about how people are using the app from within Sharepoint itself (as an administrator)?
I would like to appeal to the most general deployments, so I am asking about out-of-the-box functionality, not using custom web services.
