I am having problem in customizing the master page.I have customized the master page using SharePoint designer 2010 in which i have removed the Left Navigation bar. After using the custom master page as a master page for all the sites. Whenever i change the theme in the browser the master page also changes and the left navigation bar appears. Here the problem is default CSS(COREV4-8A0ABD2F.CSS) which is given is not saving the content after the customization.there is no version saving of the css(COREV4-8A0ABD2F.CSS) file.
