I am having a peculiar problem which is ", due to a recent crash in our farm during an patch installation i had to run the SharePoint Product Configuration Wizard on my server and i had attached my previous configuration database and ran the wizard also once the process is completed i had attached all the other databases of the service applications and everything is working fine but when i checked the Manage Farm Solutions in Central Admin i found out that all the solutions are showing not deployed status but when i go the corresponding web application the web parts are working fine. I am completely surprised with this .Can anyone help me with this ..
