Get the list of Hide Sub Sites from Quick Launch navigation menu programmatically

Question

As we know we have the option hide sub site from quick launch navigation using UI and following below steps.

Site Action -> Look and Feel -> Navigation -> Current Navigation Then click any subsite and click on Show/Hide button.

So this way we can hide any sub site and now i want to get the list of these hidden sub site programmatically.
