I've created a simple task list for my team's tasks. I would also like to create a workflow to this list which sends an e-mail to the person to whom the certain task is assigned to and this particual person would be able to update the task's status within outlook (without entering to the SharePoint site) and then SP would update the task's status automatically within the list. It worked when the task had only one owner, but as soon as I added multiple owner, they couldn't update the status without entering into SharePoint.
Since not every team member has the admin right to the site, it would be essential to update the status without manually updating the SP list.
