I am getting error while creating ECT using WCF that is hosted in SharePoint through SharePoint Designer. The error message is Object Reference.

When I Host this WCF then I am able to create ECT using sharepoint designer. But When I use same code and host in IIS then it works. Can some one please help on this issue. Also I am able to browse the url in browser then it is showing me wsdl. The url I am using is

http://wz00465d.oneserver.com:14797/_vti_bin/HR.MyHR.Payroll.WCF/myHRService.svc?wsdl

Could you please reply on this. Thanks in advance.
