workflow for a sharepoint list permision for a group to view all items

Question

I used SharePoint Designer and created a workflow for a list and made some permissions : the managers group full control and employee group can only create a new item but cant edit.

I want to:

1. Give the the managers permission to view the employee item in the list and edit it .
2. The employees should on be able to create a new item and view his own items only
