When a page is visited for the first time, it just shows the HTML code for the image. Ex.: <img alt="" src="/service_support/PublishingImages/Banners/banner_740x100.jpg" style="BORDER: 0px solid; ">

After refreshing the page, the image displays ALL the time, EACH time. This happens for all the users.

What are we doing wrong?
