We have two types of field in one of Case list which are Internal and External.
We would like to allow our external users to create an alert to be alerted on any changes made on external fields. Basically, we dont want to notify them emails when any internal field is updated.
I assume that we cannot do it via Sharepoint alerts, should have have a look at he workflows?
Could you help me to find best solution for this issue please?
