SP 3.0....well I have full control permissions..I go in personalized view..able to add html code via the content EWP, source editor...which is a simple "gotomeeting" graphic link...however, when I now try to edit the appearance title and chrome type...and click apply or ok nothing happens...I exit and reverts back to the default tile and chrome type...however a user(who logged on with my machine) who does not have full control permission can ???.....very confusing....any suggestions?

SP 3.0 meaning WSS3? Or MOSS? Check to see if you're editing the Shared View or Personal View of the page? – David Lozzi Feb 17 '12 at 21:17
