I am working on a project portal for a customer in SharePoint. I have this weird issue. When I create a new project (team site), it's ok. The breadcrumb creates the correct path. But when i go in and change the project name (team site name) the breadcrumb path doesn't update.

Say I create a project called "Site A" the breadcrumb path looks like this Front page > Projects > Site A

Then I go in and change the project name (URL) and the breadcrumb still looks the same. I have to refresh the site one more time before the breadcrumb path changes aswell.

Any quick ideas on why this is?

Yes, I did. Can't quite figure out why the site doesn't reload the breadcrumb on the first attempt. I am wondering if I should go for a workaround in the code where I ask the site the add an extra reload on this function. – Harsaker Oct 19 '11 at 12:10
