We've migrated a pretty standard SharePoint 2007 site to SharePoint 2010. However, we've noticed that when opening PDF files from a document library (by clicking their hyperlink) it results in the file opening twice! The PDF is opened both in the same browser window and in a new browser window. Anybody know how to fix this?

Update: OK, I managed to solve this one myself. Somebody added a custom masterpage with a nice piece of script that messed up the hyperlinks to the PDF's :-(
