Whenever we are using Upload Multiple Documents it doesn't matter how many files or file types, the progress bar always reports "failed". When using Explorer View or Upload Single file we have no issues. This is effecting everyone one on the SharePoint 2010 site. We have tested unsuccessfully with IE 8/9 32-bit. Office 2007/2010 32-bit, and also Vista/Windows 7 both 32bit and 64bit. Any suggestions of the issue?

Anything is the ULS? Are you by any chance using a BLOB offloading solution like StoragePoint? – Rob D'Oria Aug 16 '11 at 22:05

Check your server's available file space. Make sure you have plenty of gigs available on the C drive of the web front ends.
