[MissingSetupFile] File [themes\SalesTheme\leftnav.gif] is referenced [801] times in the database [wss_sales_01], but is not installed on the current farm. Please install any feature/solution which contains this file. One or more setup files are referenced in the database [wss_sales_01], but are not installed on the current farm. Please install any feature or solution which contains these files.

This does not makes sense because I went to the 14 hive (template\themes\salestheme) and sure enough the leftnav.gif exists.

What is my next step? (I tried Bing search but bing told me to go Google, Google not giving me any good answer on this).

Please suggest what should I do next.

I know it could be part of a feature(or features) that was install in the SP2007 and the feature may not be available in sp201. (I was not part of the migration process and now in charge of cleaning this mess before service and cumulative updates). I was able to remove missing features using powershell script from getscript.com site. Please suggest. (could it be from mobile view)? – Robert Half Jul 24 '11 at 19:51

Part of the migration process is installing/migrating features that were installed in 2007 over to 2010, do you have that feature anywhere? – James Love Jul 24 '11 at 20:08
I have no idea how it was setup in sp2007. This team is not organized at all. I dont know where those features are. – user4217 Jul 24 '11 at 21:15
please add some more detail to the question. Such as what you are trying to do... – Anders Rask Jul 24 '11 at 21:56
