Anyone know why BCS won't populate a multi-value field? I tried everything and still can't get it to work in the user profile.

I went through the log(s) and did not see anything unusual. I opened the MIIS client and noticed that the multi values are there from sql database (old values empty and new values show values from SQL database and are ready to be synced).

Does anyone know why it's not making it into the profile database? I've been trying to fix this for the last 5 weeks. Are there any steps or tweaking I should be doing that's undocumented?
