I'm having an issue when trying to "upload multiple pictures" to a picture library, When attempting to do , a "windows security" window pops up asking for login info, I enter it correctly (100% sure it's correct), hit ok, and then it prompts again and again, about 3 to 4 times totally, then just does nothing after that

First thing to tell:

  • Did it ever work?
  • Did you make any changes?
  • How does your farm look like? (Topology, size, versions, etc.)

Ok so here is what you can do to find the cause of this problem:

  • Check if uploading a single pictures works without authentication pop up.
  • Check which permissions you have on that site.
  • Check if your sharepoint site is in the browsers trusted sites.
  • Check if you have the same issue with other sharepoint sites (by testing with another web app or farm).
  • Check if other users get that pop up as well.

After that you should be able to tell if it is a site-, farm-, account- or machine- related problem.
