I am left with a power-shell script that read a sharepoint list (about 2500 email addresses in it) and sends email. However, ps stops after 400 emails. Could be a limitation by firewall or system IT, memory grows, not being disposed, havn't looked at the log cause I cant run the ps since sends email.

Can you post the script? More info is needed, such as the method you are using to send the email (SMTP directly, or via the SP API)? How are the emails being delivered (individual, mass, groups, etc). Regardless of running process you need to review the system logs to see if anything is logged there (and ULS if utilizing the SP API). – Jesus Shelby Jun 30 '11 at 18:23
