I've managed to export all the files to Excel and upload it to Sharepoint location. This Excel file is used as table of content of all documents that we have in our company. I've also managed to set up automatic refresh. Here comes the problem. Since I'm admin, I can see the list of all documents. Other users (when they click Enable Content) can only see documents where they have read or write rights. I would like an automatic update of all changes and all users to see the list with all the documents, but without any changes to their read and write privileges.

If my message was not clear enough, please ask me for additional explanation.

Edit:

Temporary workaround that we use? Multiple times a day admin opens a file, hits refresh all button and uploads (Save) it to common Sharepoint location. We had to disable Enable background and Refresh data when openning the file buttons.
